Whole Angus Beef

A whole beef is the entire cow and a great option for families with 2 or more adults and 2 or more children. This is the greatest cost savings. It can be customized to include family cuts and requests for a mix of stew meat and ground beef. You can choose the best options for your family. Bones and offal meat are also available.

Pricing is $5.50 per pound and is based on hanging weight (weight of the carcass after it has been harvested). Price includes all processing and packaging fees. Average hanging weight of a whole beef is 650-750 pounds. Beef will be vacuum sealed and ready for your freezer.

  • 2 - Eye of Round 4 lb

  • 2 - Rump Roast 12 lb (can be cut for family size servings)

  • 12 - Chuck Roast 3-4 lbs

  • 2 - Cross Rib Roast 12-14 lb (can be cut for family size servings)

  • 2 - Whole Brisket 12-15 lb

  • 2 - Short Ribs 12 lbs (packaged for serving size)

  • Stew - per request (stew and ground beef combine weight)

  • Ground Beef 160 lbs

We are currently accepting requests for the upcoming season. Please fill out the below form for your inquiry. Inquiries are first come, first serve. Our in house butcher will get back to you with your specific cuts and full pricing. We do require a deposit.

Please Note: We deliver 1/2 Beef Shares and Whole Beef Shares to Sonoma County only – at no cost to you! The availability of the whole beef is based on processing dates and seasonal availability.
