Mixed 1/4 Angus Beef

In a quarter beef, you will receive half of a half a cow. This is a great option for families with 1 or 2 adults and 1 or 2 children. This option allows smaller portions of all the greatest cuts. This can be customized to include family cuts and requests for a mix of stew meat and ground beef. You can choose the best options for your family.

Pricing is $5.50 per pound and is based on hanging weight (weight of the carcass after it has been harvested). Price includes all processing and packaging fees. Average hanging weight of a whole beef is 650-750 pounds. 1/4 beef is calculated from the whole beef weight. Beef will be vacuum sealed and ready for your freezer.

  • 2-3 - Top Sirloin

  • 2 - Sirloin Tip

  • 1 - Flank Steak, Skirt Steak or TriTip

  • 2 - London Broil 2-3 lbs

  • 1 - Eye of Round 1.5-2 lb

  • 1 - Rump Roast 3 lb

  • 3 - Chuck Roast 2.5 lbs

  • 2 - Cross Rib Roast 3 lbs

  • 1 - Half Brisket 4-6 lb

  • 1 - Short Ribs 4 lbs

  • Stew - per request (stew and ground beef combine weight)

  • Ground Beef 20-25 lbs
